Idler wheel thrust washer set  

This set consists of 4 teflon washers: 2 x 0.5 mm + 2 x 1.00 mm of thickness.

The original washer is 0.5 mm thick and is mounted under the idler-wheel to allow a free, low noise rotation.

Replacement instructions: remove the original washer and make sure no grease/dirt residues are left on the metal support.  Proceed to install one 0.5 mm washer supplied (the other 0.5 mm is intended as a spare).

If you need to raise the idler-wheel by a few tenths of a millimeter, you can alternatively install one 1 mm thick washer (the second washer is intended as a spare).
